My life has been shaped by the exploration of prairie, stream, and mountain lands. The color, shapes and textures from these respective lands are ingrained into my work. Hiking, fishing, and camping continue to influence my observations and endearment of the American West.

The art and mythology of Pre-Columbian and Native American cultures have strong
influences on my work.

I work away from the representational image and strive to capture the spiritual and soulfulness of transformational themes. I am inspired by mythological and creation stories describing the heavens and earth. I work with a multitude of mediums, especially materials filled with the energies of antiquity.
